Watch the recording of our first webinar with Victor Björk on causes of aging, therapeutic interventions, and biomarkers
HealthyLongevity.guide is privileged to announce that its first webinar in a series that aims at enriching the field of longevity and regenerative medicine has taken place. This meeting had Victor Bjork, a leader in the field of regenerative medicine, as its main speaker. In this webinar, Victor touched on longevity science and the mechanisms involved in the aging process. He described the historical, current, and future directions of the aging and longevity field. In the discussion, Victor mentioned those important points:
Victor discussed various biomarkers that impact longevity and how to quantify them. He also suggested interventions that can slow the aging process, including pharmaceutical options. The said interventions were based on results from studies, self-experimentation by practitioners, and current research. He touched on the legal aspects behind testing, including personal experimentation of life-prolonging interventions.
This webinar was hosted by our own Agnieszka Szmitkowska and Olena Mokshyna. They both hold Ph.D. degrees and are highly involved in research. It was attended by professionals from different countries representing various fields like nutrition, life coaching, aging and longevity, and other areas.
